Lindberg Pipe & Grade provides residential and commercial excavation, grading, underground utility work, homesite development, land clearing, light demolition and rock and retaining wall installation in the Vancouver, Washington area.

We’re a full-service excavation and underground utilities company with a long-term crew, serving builders, general contractors and homeowners throughout the Vancouver and Portland region since 2008. We manage ourselves, so you don’t have to.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Lindberg Pipe and Grade Inc. is fully licensed, bonded and insured: WA Contractor License #LINDBPG9210E, Oregon CCB #CCB-183853 and USDOT #1797155.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Vancouver, WA, Clark County and the greater Portland metro area, and take on projects across Southwest Washington and Oregon.

Do you work on residential and commercial projects?
Yes. We serve residential builders, homeowners and commercial general contractors. We specialize in single-family and multi-family residential excavation as well as commercial excavation subcontracting throughout Clark County and the Portland metro area.
Do you offer underground utility services?
Yes. Underground utility work is one of our core specialties, along with excavation and grading.
Can you help with site preparation for new home construction?
Yes. We offer site preparation that supports new residential construction, including grading, excavation and utility-related groundwork.
Do you handle land clearing and light demolition?
Yes. Homesite development, land clearing and light demolition are part of what we do.
What types of residential sites do you work on?
We work on both single-family and multi-family residential projects, from one custom home to production work across a subdivision.
Do you build retaining walls?
Yes. We build rock and retaining walls for commercial and residential projects, including the excavation, base, drainage and backfill. One system we install a lot is Verti-Block, made in Vancouver by our sister company, Natrix Precast.
Working with us
Do you work with builders and homeowners?
Yes. We serve residential builders as well as homeowners who need excavation, grading and site utility work.
Do you work as a subcontractor for general contractors?
Yes. GCs bring us in when they want a civil crew they don’t have to manage. Hand off the civil scope and we take it from there.

Call (360) 213-1828, email plans to projects@lpgrade.com, or use the form on our contact page. We’ll talk through your project, get clear on scope and give you a straight answer on what it will cost.
What are your office hours?
Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm and Saturday 7am to 12pm. Closed Sunday.
