Build a Career on a Crew That Sticks Together

We’re always looking for good people for the excavation crews, the shop and the office. Steady local work out of Vancouver, WA, with a crew that’s been together for years.

01Working here

Spend your week with people you like working with.

We’ve all worked with someone who drags the whole crew down. Not here. The happier the crew, the better the job goes.

We hire people who care about the construction trade and want to grow with a dedicated, safety-conscious team. Show up, work hard and own your work, and there’s room to move up, like going from pipe layer to heavy equipment operator.

  • Competitive pay
  • Health, dental & vision benefits
  • Steady local work
  • Room to grow
  • Good equipment, well kept
  • A crew that sticks around
