- You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time.
1. Who we are
This policy covers Lindberg Pipe and Grade Inc. ("Lindberg Pipe & Grade," "LPG," "we," "us" or "our"), an excavation and underground utilities contractor located at 7319 NE 37th Ave, Suite C, Vancouver, WA 98665.
It applies to this website (www.lpgrade.com), our quote and contact forms, and the calls, emails and text messages we exchange with you about a project. By using the site, you agree to this policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you request a bid or contact us, you may give us:
- Contact details: name, company, phone number, email address, and project city or address.
- Project details: the work you need (excavation, utilities, retaining walls, site prep), your role (general contractor, builder, homeowner, engineer or architect), the type of project, plans status, timing and anything else you choose to tell us.
- Survey answers: how you heard about us.
- Your text-message choice: whether you checked the box to receive texts about your project.
- Anything else you send: plans, specs, photos and details shared by phone, email or text.
- Job applications: if you apply on our careers page, the job you want, your name, phone, email, start date, whether you have a CDL, what you tell us about yourself and any resume you attach. Applications are emailed to our hiring manager and are not stored on this website.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, time on page, and the website that referred you.
- Campaign data: if you arrive from an ad, email or other link, we record the campaign tags in that link (such as UTM tags or a Google click ID), the page you landed on and the referring site. We attach this to any request you send, so we know which advertising actually helps customers find us.
3. How we use your information
- Respond to bid requests, questions and customer service needs.
- Review job applications and contact applicants about the job.
- Review plans, prepare estimates and bids, and schedule work.
- Send you a confirmation email when you submit a request, and follow up by phone, email or (if you opted in) text.
- Understand how visitors use the site and which advertising works, so we can improve both.
- Protect the site and our forms from spam, fraud and abuse.
- Keep business records and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
4. Text messages
Text messages are optional. We only text you about your project if you check the box on our form, or otherwise agree to receive texts from us.
- Message frequency varies with your project. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop texts. Reply HELP for help, or call us.
- Agreeing to texts is never a condition of working with us.
- We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver our messages.
5. How we share your information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only in these situations:
- Within our family of companies: with Natrix Precast and Natrix Materials when needed to handle your request (for example, retaining wall block or concrete for your project).
- Service providers that run parts of our business for us and may only use your information to do that work:
- Website hosting (Vercel)
- Email delivery for form submissions and confirmations (Resend)
- Analytics and advertising measurement (Google)
- Customer management and communication tools we use to track and answer requests
- When you ask us to: for example, sharing a bid or schedule with your general contractor, engineer or architect.
- Legal reasons: when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights, property and safety of our customers, our company or others.
- Business changes: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your information may transfer as part of that deal, under this policy.
6. Cookies, analytics & video
We use Google Analytics, and when we run ads, Google Ads conversion measurement. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to tell us things like how many people visit, which pages they view, and whether someone who clicked an ad later sent a request. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.
Videos on our site are hosted on our own website. They don’t load anything from YouTube or other video services, and they only download when you press play.
Our site also uses your browser’s session storage (which clears when you close the tab) to remember where your visit started and to show your thank-you page after you submit a form.
Your choices:
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
- Opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on.
- Control ad personalization in Google’s My Ad Center.
Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. There is no common standard for how websites should respond to them, so our site does not currently change its behavior when it receives one.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to answer your request, complete and support your project, and meet our legal, tax, warranty and record-keeping obligations. After that, we delete it or de-identify it.
8. Security
Our site runs entirely over encrypted HTTPS connections, and our forms include protections against spam and automated abuse. Access to customer information is limited to the people who need it to do their jobs. No website or method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
9. Your choices & rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we have about you;
- correct information that is wrong;
- delete your information (unless we need to keep it for a legal or business-record reason);
- stop contacting you. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option, and you can reply STOP to any text.
To make a request, email projects@lpgrade.com or call us. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state’s privacy laws; we will honor requests as those laws require, and we will never treat you differently for making one.
10. Children
Our site and services are meant for adult property owners, contractors, engineers and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Other websites
Our site links to other services we don’t control, such as Google, the Natrix website and our social media pages. When you use those sites, their own privacy policies apply.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Changes take effect when they are posted.
