- This website gives general information. A price, schedule or project is only final once it’s in a written proposal, bid or contract.
- Retaining walls and other engineered work are built to site-specific plans by a licensed engineer where required.

1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Lindberg Pipe and Grade Inc. ("Lindberg Pipe & Grade," "LPG," "we," "us" or "our"). They cover your use of this website (www.lpgrade.com), its forms and its content (together, the "Site").
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
2. Information on this site
The Site is for general information about our services. Service descriptions, photos, videos, service areas and other details are general, can change without notice, and may not reflect current availability or scheduling.
Nothing on the Site creates a contract, a contractor-client relationship or a warranty. Those exist only when a separate written proposal, bid, contract or invoice is accepted by both you and us.
3. Bids, estimates & schedules
Any bid, estimate, price range or schedule we provide, whether through the Site, by email, by phone or in person, is preliminary. It may change based on things like:
- site conditions, access, soils, rock, groundwater and drainage;
- engineering, permitting, locates and inspection requirements;
- changes to scope, quantities, plans or schedule;
- weather and other conditions outside our control.
A final price and schedule exist only in a written proposal, bid or contract accepted by both parties.
4. Retaining walls & engineered work
Retaining walls and other engineered work must be designed for the specific site by a qualified, licensed engineer where required. We build to the approved plans. Information on the Site about wall heights or systems is general guidance, not engineering.
Verti-Block is a trademark of its respective owner. Verti-Block units are supplied by Natrix Precast, part of our family of companies.
5. Calls, emails & texts
When you submit a form or contact us, you agree that we may contact you by phone or email about your request. We will text you only if you opt in. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase. 6. Acceptable use
By using the Site, you agree that:
- the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and you have the right to share any plans, photos or project details you send us;
- you will not use the Site for anything unlawful, harmful or fraudulent;
- you will not send spam, submit forms automatically, or try to overload, probe or gain unauthorized access to the Site or our systems;
- you will not copy or scrape the Site’s content for commercial use without our written permission.
7. Intellectual property
The Site’s content, including text, photos, videos, graphics, logos, design and layout, is owned by or licensed to Lindberg Pipe & Grade and protected by intellectual property laws. The Lindberg Pipe & Grade and LPG names and logos are ours. Other trademarks, including Verti-Block, belong to their owners.
You may view and print pages for your own personal use or for evaluating our services for a project. You may not otherwise copy, republish, modify or distribute Site content without our written permission.
8. Third-party sites & services
The Site links to services we don’t control, such as Google, the Natrix website and social media. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the Site, express or implied, including that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or free of errors or harmful components. Any warranty for our work comes only from your written agreement with us.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lindberg Pipe & Grade and its owners, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including decisions you make about design, budgets or schedules based on Site content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the smallest amount the law allows. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under your written agreement with us or that cannot be limited by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Lindberg Pipe & Grade from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that arise from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Clark County, Washington, unless the law requires otherwise.
13. Changes & general terms
We may update these Terms or change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. Updated Terms take effect when posted, with a new "Last updated" date. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it.
